By engaging with Digi Stream through our website, email, or formal proposal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Services Offered

Digi Stream provides professional digital and business growth services, including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• SEO & Google Ranking Optimization
• Google My Business Setup & Management
• Social Media & Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Business Development & Consulting

All deliverables, timelines, and service terms are defined in the individual proposal or agreement shared with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete information and necessary materials on time
• Approve or review deliverables promptly
• Make payments as per agreed terms
• Respect all intellectual property and licensing terms

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

To ensure successful service delivery, clients must:

• All fees (setup, project, or monthly retainers) are specified in the proposal or invoice.
• Payments are due as per the mutually agreed schedule.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of ongoing services.
• Any applicable taxes or gateway fees are borne by the client.

5. Refund Policy

At Digi Stream, we are committed to delivering high-quality results. However, due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are limited as described below.

A. One-Time Setup / Project Fees

• Once project work has commenced, setup or development fees are non-refundable.
• If cancellation is requested before project initiation, up to 50% of the payment of the project fee may be refunded after internal review.

B. Monthly Retainer Services

• Monthly or recurring retainers (SEO, marketing, maintenance, etc.) are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun
• Clients can cancel renewal for the next cycle with 15 days’ written notice.

C. Ad & Platform Spend

• Ad and campaign budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are non-refundable, as they are governed by the respective platforms’ policies.

D. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may be considered only if Digi Stream fails to initiate work within the committed timeline due to internal delays.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Timelines are subject to change based on scope, approvals, and content provided.
• Minor revisions are included as per agreed iterations.
• Significant scope changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables, including design, code, and content, are the client's property.
• Digi Stream retains the right to use and distribute the deliverables for the client's benefit.
• Drafts, unused designs, or working files remain the property of Digi Stream.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information, data, and project materials.
No details shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except when required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digi Stream shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses due to algorithm changes or third-party platform policies
• Delays caused by client-side inaction or unforeseen technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice in the following cases:

• Violation of agreed terms or non-payment
• Mutual agreement to discontinue
• Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances

All dues must be cleared immediately upon termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at www.dmdigi.in, with the updated effective date displayed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Banglore, Karnataka
